I grew up in a family where food was more than sustenance. It was ritual, memory, and a way of belonging. I learned early that food is never just about nutrients; it is about identity
about prachi
Hi! I’m Prachi Pandit, a trained Biochemist and Nutrition Researcher with over 20 years spanning research laboratories, fieldwork, academia, and clinical practice.
Through personal loss, I learned that nutrition cannot be isolated, it’s woven into culture, identity, and memory. This understanding drives my scientific approach.
My work bridges research and human behavior: from investigating genetic markers in maternal nutrition to designing government-endorsed programs, from publishing peer-reviewed research to providing precision clinical care for metabolic disease.
What drives me is translating complex biochemistry into daily life, turning biomarker data into sustainable habits, lab reports into healing, and science into nourishment. I help people rebuild their relationship with food and themselves through evidence-based, personalized interventions.
Precision Science, Human-Centered Care
And that is the ethos of Arbuza.
Arbuza is the meeting point of rigorous science, lived experience, and the understanding that health requires both data and context. We don’t just deliver protocols—we help you rebuild independence, resilience, and a trusted relationship with food and your body. We don’t hand out generic plans — we guide you to rebuild your independence, cultivate resilience and regain confidence in your body and in your everyday life.
Because we know what it’s like to struggle, and we’ve seen how powerful precision nutrition can be in reclaiming your health
Arbuza is where science meets empathy
Something I learned too late: That being good at science wasn’t enough. I had to learn how to translate science into stories people could live.
That’s why Arbuza integrates systems biology, behavioral science, and your real life. We use biomarkers and metabolic data, but we also understand cultural context, emotional patterns, and what sustainability actually looks like for you.
We help people manage chronic disease not through restriction, but through precision, targeted interventions that empower individuals to take charge of their health and drive better long-term outcomes.
Where we can help
- Hyper-personalized nutrition protocols
- Chronic disease management
- Metabolic optimization
- Cancer nutrition support (via RE+ collaboration)
- Lifestyle-related conditions
- Functional nutrition with systems biology approach
- Maternal and child nutrition counseling
We believe that every individual can become a champion for change. By improving one’s own health, each person becomes a source of transformation—spreading awareness and wellness within their families, workplaces, and communities.
At Arbuza, we view health as a collective impact, not an isolated goal.

Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), New York
Two decades of work across research labs, field programs, and clinical practice — connecting what we know about metabolism to what people actually eat.
Foundation Masters: in Medical Biochemistry, BVP, Medical College, Pune · Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, IIN New York (2015)
Research Roots: Early career in metabolic research at KEM Hospital’s Diabetes Unit and DBT-funded maternal nutrition studies, with over 15 peer-reviewed publications in leading nutrition, metabolism, and epidemiology journals.
Breadth of Work: From DBT-funded research and population-level public health programs to one-on-one clinical nutrition with high-profile individuals across sport, entertainment, and business. Work spanning adolescent health, maternal and women’s nutrition, NCDs, and cancer — across communities and individuals.
A Multidisciplinary Trajectory: From metabolic research to leading life sciences teams in the IT sector, then back to nutrition — through behaviour change communication programs, public health, and food systems advocacy — all converging into a clinical practice grounded in systems biology and metabolic biochemistry. It’s this cross-pollination of research rigour, technology thinking, and real-world behaviour science that shapes the Arbuza approach.
